both of the last names o

2014年9月5日
On Thursday, as some of you may already know, I went to the San Diego Chargers game vs the Seattle Seahawks. One of my favorite things to do at professional sporting events is to take pictures of all the players and of the stadium itself. It’s a great way to save good memories and to have pictures of all of my favorite players from my point of view. These past Cheap Jerseys for sale few years I’ve made a habit of purchasing better seats so I can be closer to the action and get better photographs. And let me tell you, it’s worth it.
I like to use twitter to see what professional athletes post and to try to talk to them (or "tweet" to them). So on Thursday, I was taking photographs and I noticed that one of the Charger players was talking to a woman with a young boy. I noticed the boy was wearing a Charger jersey and had the same last name as that of the player that was talking to them! I figured that had to be his son. So then I quickly took out my camera and as the player started to warm up close to the stands, I snapped a picture of him with his son in the background. I took a few photographs since the guy kept ducking as he was practicing hiking the ball, but I ended up managing to snap one really good photograph.
I showed my mom the picture when I got home and she thought it was the cutest thing. You could clearly see the little boy looking at his dad as he was warming up, and both of the last names of their jerseys were showing. I ended up tweeting the picture to the player (his name is Nick Hardwick) in hopes that he would see it and maybe like it.
I kind of hesitated a bit because I didn’t want to infringe on anybody’s personal life, but I figured, hey why not give it a try? If he doesn’t like the picture for any reason, I can just apologize and then take it off. It’s not like I had planned it beforehand, it was totally just a spur of the moment kind of thing. And guess wholesale jerseys what? He set my tweet as one of his favorites and also retweeted it! I guess he must have liked it huh? I was so stoked because I was able to actually show a picture to a professional athlete from my favorite team and actually have him like it. This is something that I would not have been able to do without twitter. I just might have made his day, because he has pictures of his son all over his twitter, but none like the one I sent him. He must really love him.
Michael Sam ’determined to be great’
He seemed Ryan Kerrigan Elite Jersey almost eager for the attention and scrutiny.
The first openly gay player drafted by an NFL team was confident and engaged Tuesday as he was formally introduced by the St. Louis Rams, handling questions and scrutiny with aplomb well beyond that of a typical seventh round pick. Gaines, a sixth rounder who’d been asked what the SEC co defensive player of the year was like as a teammate.
Sam, who came out to teammates and coaches before his senior season at Missouri, disagreed that his sexuality had been a secret.
"Apparently, everybody else makes a big deal out of it," Sam said. "But my teammates and my school didn’t."
"It’s OK to be who you are," he added. "Whether you’re gay, straight, black or white, it’s OK to be comfortable in your own skin."
After getting the go ahead from owner Stan Kroenke and making the pick Saturday, Fisher called it a "second historic moment" for a franchise that signed running back Kenny Washington in 1946 as the NFL’s first black player in the modern era.
Just as in his post draft teleconference with St. Louis media that was sprinkled with salty language, Sam was feisty.
He’s had a few months to get Trent Williams Redshinks Jersey accustomed to the role of trailblazer instead of a silent star.
Sure, he’s a role model. Right now he’d much rather be the Rams’ description Ryan Kerrigan Limited Jersey of "designated pass rusher."
"I will always support equality, period," Sam said. "But my job is to focus on football and help this team win a championship."
The appearance of perhaps the most famous seventh round pick in NFL history attracted a massive amount of people.
A half dozen TV trucks lined a crammed parking lot at Rams Park, an hour before the team’s two first round picks were due at the podium.
About 80 media members attended the news conferences.
Three days earlier http://www.redskinsonlineprostore.com/WOMENS-PIERRE-GARCON-JERSEY.html when the Rams chose Sam with the No. 249 overall pick, the media contingent was in single digits.
"There’s some energy here," general manager Les Snead said with a smile between rounds of interviews. "But I don’t think this is a circus. This deserves attention, but we’ll get it over and we’ll get to work."
Sam shared the dais with five other players taken in the sixth and seventh rounds Saturday as the draft came to a close.
Snead joked that Tennessee State center Demetrius Rhaney, taken one pick after Sam at 250th overall, should get the first question after it got lost in the hubbub Saturday.
"I’m not sure anybody knows we drafted Demetrius," Snead said, adding that he hoped someday that pick 249 will someday be a footnote in sports history, and not such a big deal.
For Sam’s subsequent solo session with reporters, he redskinsonlineprostore.com/WOMENS-ALFRED-MORRIS-JERSEY.html was flanked by Fisher and Snead, with Rams chief operating officer Kevin Demoff joining the group.
Everyone seemed eager to embrace Sam.
Second round pick Lamarcus Joyner, a cornerback from Florida State, has never had an Trent Williams Limited Jersey openly gay teammate. He applauded Sam’s decision.
"He’s a courageous young man," Joyner said. "He’s a brave young man that we need in this organization."
The team’s two first round picks were first to the podium. Offensive tackle Greg Robinson, chosen second overall, sported a bow tie.
Both got their due. Both welcomed Sam to the family.
Robinson and Sam did a TV commercial together for a credit card company. Aaron Donald met Sam at ceremonies for the Lombardi and Nagurski awards.
"He’s a cool guy," Donald said. "He’s a football player, he works his butt off and that’s what you want. You want playmakers around you and he’s a playmaker.

Marcellus Wiley joins http://www.footballbroncosproshop.com/WOMENS-DANNY-TREVATHAN-JERSEY.html painkiller lawsuit against NFL
Former NFL defensive end Marcellus Wiley has joined a lawsuit against the NFL alleging the league routinely and illegally provided them with prescription pills and various painkillers, putting their health at risk, in order to keep them on the field. District Court in San Francisco last month. The 87 page complaint claims the NFL intentionally, recklessly and negligently created and maintained a culture of drug misuse, substituting players’ health for profit. to a release from the law firm of Namanny, Byrne and Owens of Lake Forest, Calif., Wiley was diagnosed with a groin strain while playing for the San Diego Chargers. He told the NFL team doctor the pain was too widespread to be from a simple groin strain, and the doctor diagnosed the injury as a bilateral groin strain.
upon that diagnosis, Mr. Wiley played Brian Orakpo Elite Jersey as expected through the injury, receiving multiple injections of an unknown, pain numbing substance for the rest of the season, according to the release.
Because he was still in pain after the season, the release said, Wiley sought a second opinion DeAngelo Hall Womens Jersey from a doctor unaffiliated with the NFL. He was diagnosed with a severely torn abdominal wall which the physician called worst I have ever seen and required major surgery.
The release said: long masked injury caused Mr. Wiley lasting, intense pain requiring even more injections and medications to Brian Orakpo Redshinks Jersey continue playing and shortened his career.
In April, Wiley, 39, who said he had no history of kidney disease, was hospitalized and diagnosed with partial renal failure and the loss of half his kidney function.
Wiley’s kidney damage was caused by years of dangerous over medication and cocktailing of prescription drugs by NFL trainers and doctors especially harmful to a player they knew had asthma, the release said.
Wiley played for four franchises during his 10 year career: Buffalo, San Diego, Dallas and Jacksonville.
In a week footballbroncosproshop.com/WOMENS-MALIK-JACKSON-JERSEY.html long, first person series I wrote with Wiley in 2003, when he was playing for the Chargers, he detailed the way players relied on painkillers to simply get through the week.
From the Wiley series, in his words:
you need a fistful of Vioxx. Any anti inflammatory. You need it to survive. Vioxx is a beast. I love Vioxx. I’m going to invest in that company when I retire.
"When you get a shot of painkiller, it’s not like when they’re taking blood at a blood bank. They’ve got to grind that needle in there. I mean grind it. When you’ve got an injury and it’s acute, they’ve got to go get it. They can’t just shoot you up on the surface. The guys laugh at me because I’m in tears when I have to get one. I bite on a towel and just try not to pass out. I hate shots. I’ve fainted on shots before, so anything like that kills me.
"But like they say, you’d better get it now, because if you wait for tomorrow you’re not going to want it. Your body’s going to be relaxed, and you’re not going to want it. You’ve got to get it when that adrenaline’s flowing and you’re pumped up. After DeAngelo Hall Limited Jersey you get it, there’s some numbing and there’s a placebo effect. You know it’s doing something so you feel better already. I probably don’t want to know what they’re shooting in there, but it’s probably some kind of anti inflammatory. It’s like a fire extinguisher. Something’s on fire inside of you, and they’ve got to get that extinguisher in there to put out the flames. Longest Touchdown Runs in NFL History
The following is a list of the longest touchdown runs from scrimmage in NFL history. All of these plays were either hand offs, snaps or pitches that the players took for the longest touchdown runs in NFL history. One of the longest runs came on a fake punt play. Unless the NFL starts counting half yards, the player with the longest run in NFL history will always hold the record. No player can break his record, only tie it.
Longest Touchdown Runs http://www.redskinsonlineprostore.com/WOMENS-DEANGELO-HALL-JERSEY.html in NFL History
The longest touchdown run from scrimmage in NFL history is 99 yards by Tony Dorsett. The record was set on Monday Night Football on January 3, 1983, when Tony Dorsett of the Dallas Cowboys broke through the line of scrimmage from the Cowboys one yard line and took the ball 99 yards for a touchdown vs the Minnesota Vikings.
Amazingly, Cowboys fullback Ron Springs forgot to go in for the play, so the Cowboys only had 10 men on the field when Tony Dorsett broke his 99 yard touchdown run. Cowboys receiver Drew Pearson made critical blocks on the play down the field that helped Dorsett go the full 99 yards. Despite Danny Trevathan Jersey the record setting run by Tony Dorsett, the Vikings won the game, 31 27.
2. Malik Jackson Authentic Jersey Ahman Green (2003) 98 yards
The second longest touchdown run in NFL history came on December 28, 2003, when Ahman Green of the Green Bay Packers took a Brett Favre hand off and ran untouched for a 98 yard touchdown run vs the Denver Broncos. Since the NFL only counts full yards for running plays, Ahman Green’s 98 yard touchdown run will always be the second longest TD run in NFL history. The Packers won the game, 31 3.
T 3. Bob Gage (1949) 97 yards
On December 4, 1949, Bob Gage of the Pittsburgh Steelers ran for a 97 yard touchdown run on a fake punt play vs the Chicago Bears. On the play, Gage got the ball seven yards deep in his own end zone and ran down the sideline for 107 yards, but since the ball was on the three yard line when snapped, the run goes down as a 97 yard touchdown run from scrimmage.
Gage’s 97 yard run tied the NFL record at that time. Despite Bob Gage’s heroics, he scored another touchdown just 44 seconds later on a six yard run, the Bears beat the Steelers, 30 21.
T 3. Andy Uram (1939) 97 yards
When he ran for a 97 yard touchdown on October 8, 1939, vs the Chicago Cardinals, Andy Uram of the Green Bay Packers set the NFL record for the longest touchdown run. Though his record would be tied 10 years later by Bob Gage, Andy Uram’s 97 yard touchdown run was the NFL record for 44 years, until Tony Dorsett broke it in 1983.
Behind Andy Uram’s 97 yard touchdown run, the Packers beat the Cardinals, 27 20.
T 5. Corey Dillon (2001) 96 yards
On October 28, 2001, Corey Dillon of the Cincinnati Bengals had a 96 yard touchdown run vs the Detroit Lions. Dillon also scored the game winning touchdown in the fourth quarter on a one yard plunge, as the Bengals beat the Lions, 31 27.
T 5. Garrison www.redskinsonlineprostore.com/WOMENS-BRIAN-ORAKPO-JERSEY.html Hearst (1998) 96 yards
On September 6, 1998, Garrison Hearst of the San Francisco 49ers took a Steve Young hand off in OT and ran for a 96 yard touchdown to give the 49ers a 36 30 OT win vs the New York Jets.
T 5. Danny Trevathan Limited Jersey Jim Spavital (1950) 96 yards
On November 5, 1950, Jim Spavital of the Baltimore Colts had a 96 yard touchdown run vs the Green Bay Malik Jackson Limited Jersey Packers. Spavital’s long TD run helped the Colts beat the Packers by a score of 41 21.
T 5. Bob Hoernschemeyer (1950) 96 yards
On November 23, 1950, Bob Hoernschemeyer of the Detroit Lions had a 96 yard touchdown run vs the New York Yanks. The long TD run helped the Lions clobber the Yanks, 49 14. He writes primarily about the things he is passionate about sports, business, economics, weather and travel. He loves to drive and used to own a Limo compa.

NFL draft Tracy Porter Authentic Jersey tweets tipped each Seahawks pick
Using clues hidden within popular television and film clips, Pete Carroll tipped every pick his Seattle Seahawks would make in last week NFL draft. Hours before the draft, Carroll began sending out messages embedded with www.redskinsonlineprostore.com/WOMENS-DESEAN-JACKSON-JERSEY.html short YouTube clips of popular films, TV shows and comedy routines. Within those clips were obscure clues that tipped the players Seattle would select.
All it needed to be a real life Da Vinci Code was a more convoluted plot and Tom Hanks with a terrible Darryl Sharpton Elite Jersey haircut.
Days after the draft, Jared www.redskinsonlineprostore.com/WOMENS-ROBERT-GRIFFIN-III-JERSEY.html Stanger of Field Gulls went through each clue and found the codein each. Hisfull study of Carroll puzzlesdeserves the attention of gumshoes and experts alike.
None of the clues were immediately obvious prior to the draft. It wasn as if Carroll was posting Simon Garfunkel performing Bridge Over Troubled Water to signal that the Seahawks were going to trade the No. 32 pick so the Vikings could take Teddy Bridgewater. These were far more subtle clues, buried in clips with dozens of potential leads. Some might have been impossible to decipher ahead of time, but look so obvious in retrospect. If you watched it at the time, it could have gone any direction. Chris Farley stars as Matt Foley. Are there players named Chris or Matt? Florida athletic director is named Jeremy Foley. Maybe the Seahawks were choosing a Gator? Then there Christina Applegate. She starred in Married with Children. Do any picks have a young family? You could go on and on.
Stanger figured out that since Seattle traded the pick, the key word in the clip was Farley saying as in by the river. It the sort of thing a team of CIA cryptologists wouldn have been able to figure out, let alone teams that routinely give millions to flops such as Jamarcus Russell and Blaine Tracy Porter Jersey Gabbert.
Other clues included a Louis CK clip (for fourth round pick Kevin Pierre Louis) and the scene from Old School where Will Ferrell accidentally shoots a dart in his neck (Sean William Scott shares the scene with Ferrell, tipping Garrett Scott as Seattle sixth round pick).
Stanger theorizes that since no team can know exactly how the draft will pan out, some of the clips covered for multiple players. Darryl Sharpton Redshinks Jersey Either way, his research drew the attention of Carroll himself.
